Proud Prophet
Global war game run at the National Defense University, Washington, D.C. in June 1983, involving the Department of State, CIA, teams from many of the CINCs, and an officer nominated by each of the Service Chiefs. The game was intended to test out various proposals and strategies, in response to the Soviet Union's military buildup.
